Bi-Annual Comprehensive Physical Exam:

Every 6 months our veterinarian will perform a Comprehensive Exam, from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail that reveals important baseline information about your pet’s health.
Vaccinations:

Core vaccinations recommended by AAHA/AVMA DA2PP(1x), Bordetella (2x), Leptospirosis (1x), Rabies (1x)
Parasite Screening and Deworming:

Fecal exam (2x) and Deworming (2x)
Baseline Diagnostics:

Heartworm testing (1x), Complete Blood Cell Count (1x), Serum Biochemistry Profile (1x) to evaluate internal organ function
Urinalysis Package:

Urinalysis (1x) includes urine dipstick exam, Specific Gravity, Sediment Exam
Dental Prophylaxis Package (1x):

General exam before anesthesia, pre-anesthesia lab work, oral exam under anesthesia, gross calculus removal, subgingival (below the gum line) scaling, teeth polishing, irrigation, fluoride treatment application, post cleaning home care instructions, no-fee follow-up appointment to see how well you are performing home care.
Radiology Package (1x):

Includes 3 views of x-rays based on your pet’s medical needs.
Unlimited Free Office Visits:

Any concerns about your pet’s health, call us and make an appointment with your veterinarian for a checkup.
Discounts:

When your dog needs services not included in the plan — such as a Pawdicure (nail trim) or anal gland expression — we offer a discount.
